By accessing and using the Engine XIE website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Site, including all content, products, and services available through the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of the content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God (such as natural disasters), governmental actions, labor disputes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, or actions by third parties that are critical to the event's success.
